At Ferme Bonair, we firmly believe that minimising our environmental footprint is a key priority that requires constant reflection.
As a result, in our kitchen, we use Belgian and seasonal produce as much as possible, sourced from local partners and family-run farms.
Our teams also strive to adjust portion sizes as effectively as possible to offer gourmet catering whilst reducing food waste.
