Taken over in 1999 by Jean-Michel Hamon, Toucan Brasserie decided to present a fresh take on brasserie cuisine, infused with bistro-style gastronomy touches. Our fully refurbished banquet room on the restaurant’s first floor is certain to turn all your private and business events into a ringing success. The room can be dived into two sections: one where your guests can enjoy their aperitif or set up more of a VIP corner, and the other, central section available to hold a long table. We also have a beamer and screen, as well as a flipchart, which can be used in the banquet room. When it comes to the cuisine on offer, you will find the proven favourites on a brasserie menu that is in step with the rhythm of the seasons with suggestions that are as opportunes as they are tempting and a market menu which also reflects the time of year. As part of our banquet formula, we are happy to propose an entirely bespoke menu tailored to your tastes and wishes. The decor was designed in joint association with renowned Belgian designer Armand Jonckers, lending the restaurant a warm and timeless atmosphere. Just down the street on the next corner, Toucan sur Mer serves up the best seafood around (also available as a banquet formule at Toucan Brasserie) with our dedicated oyster bar and our team of oyster shuckers, easily spotted by their typically Breton white and blue striped sailor tops at your service.
